To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can exchange your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for exchange?

  • There are no charges for exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my exchange?

  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your new exchange.
Before purchasing product, please be cautious about the size and specifications of each hat. Our online orders may be returned as an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. All return inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns sent after this period of time.
When returning our products please make sure the merchandise is in its original condition and with its original packaging undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
Also note that all sale items are Final Sale.
